A Dream's Memory

2021-22
variable dimensions, 6 pieces of fabric, embroidery

A dream is a place that existed in time.
While being on a dream walk, objects occurred as well as architectural shapes and things that I actually know from awake-state-memories.

The embroidery shows mainly maps of a dream. This work invites the spectator to walk through my dream and in a way, look at it from both
sides = (awake and dream state).

There are people who argue that reality takes place, when we are dreaming.

Does this also imply that being awake actually means that we dream?
